But that's not oversubscription (as you described it). As I understand what you've said, you purchased (or received from previously owning shares) a right for every unit that you received. 

Additional subscription privilege is when you agree to purchase any leftover units, if available, for the subscription price, without the need to have a right to purchase such unit. For example, I purchased or received rights for ~75% of the units I received, and then got the additional units from oversubscription.
