Oversubscription amounts

Just curious how many additional units people received? I got the full 28% extra I asked for, but what did it max out at?

I got everything I asked for which wasent much I bought a extra 20,000 rights and got them all exersised.

What was the percentage? Like you exercised 20,000 under basic, and also got 20,000 additional?

I had 15000 rights from shares. Then purchased a extra 35000 @ .005 then exercised everything. I received post consolidated amount at 20000. So that is 100%.

But that's not oversubscription (as you described it). As I understand what you've said, you purchased (or received from previously owning shares) a right for every unit that you received.  Additional subscription privilege is when you agree to purchase any leftover units, if available, for the subscription price, without the need to have a right to purchase such unit. Your definition is correct quick.  And to clarify .0375 is the lowest amount someone has paid POST consolidation. I think anything below .04 is great and I don't see this going to .03.  So you are playing with a very small window.  I haven't bought any yet as I am hoping .035 pans out for me but if in a couple of weeks it is still higher (.04) I will take a plunge at that ...more
