Shaking a tree to drop the price to 0.05 and now announcing PP at 0.20 after consolidation. Who ever had sold their sahre can buy back today. I am thinking that PP will be done next week. Once PP done there will be a NR for all new contract and positive news from company. One should remember it was trading at 0.12 before, so after consolidation 0.12 will become 0.60. Its a real company, good products, starting revenue after acquisition, 37M escrow shares, Oct 2016 PP @0.15 for 5M. Do your own DD.

Why they cannot release all new contract and positive news before PP so they could have done better PP ? An PP almost almost equal to original outstanding shares ie. 15 Million shares and another 15 Million warrants is more than current outstanding shares (Post consolidation ) - some thing smells bad !,any thoughts?
