From what I know the big guns are still in - and buying more, I suspect that this pony will run ... Some of #s on that core looked interesting ... No doubt OSK is keeping a close eye on this and overseeing all the moves for the area. They still hold the block here and, I'm assuming by now they hold more, although that would put them above the 10% and that brings a new set of compliance that we don't know if they are ready for, unless ... and than, it might be to late for us little guys.
