                          Time: 12:15 P.M Atlantic.  I just got of the phone with Mr. Goncalves. He has informed me that thePR  would have been out this morning explaining the Halt in trading however, the wording of the PR has run into some technical difficulties with the Venture Exchange Authorities. These wording problems are being worked  out at this time and the PR will likely not be released until tomorrow now. He also has assured me that the PR will be of  POSITIVE nature pleasing investors. GLTA!
