I also had a call from a long time, experienced buddy in these matters - NOT A PROFESSIONAL but he has been living from the good and timely decisions applied to the opportunity that the market offers. Learned a lot from from his vast know how. The call was to remind me of a few things, with his consent(I don't care I'm over seventy, he said) I leave two; have dry powder to apply fast and read in between the lines. I humble myself and am very grateful to all that open up their applied knowledge, although I admire both I find it to be different than just experience.
