I do understand that we all want the best deal, that said, I rather do businesses deals with people that recognize that a good deal is the one in which both sides see and agree that "a %" has to left on the table for it to go around. The - I want it all attitude and position - as we all know, leads to strife, envy and ultimately to failure. As for this deal, there is a great number of things for us on the outside to find out and discover as we move along.

Best to all that play a fair game.
