We were told that we dealing with a VMS system here. You know how big these things can be! I look at it from this corner, so this IMO, the Mgmt did a move on something that they must've seen to be worth while, time and effort to trek from the comfort of Canada(with a huge premium on just about everything,including the houses that we live in) to a foreigner country. Many corporations do that very well and successfully, others go through wringer to get there.  In this case, as of today, I like the fact that we are paying with shares - here I see that "on the table % " being left, hence a good support for further whatever(fairly speaking) between the companies involved. I see a good move here.
