RE:RE:Go ShopOne posibility I have been given by a lawyer friend as to why THNK has not press released the results of the now expired Go Shop = It may be the case that a Superior Proposal did emerge but Beedie has up to 7 business days to decide to match it or not. Note that the 7 days would start from the time Beedie was notified of the Superior Proposal which may not necessarily coincide with the end date of the Go Shop.
As mentioned in an earlier post, it is customary for companies to press release the results of a Go Shop as soon as it ends (in fact, I've seen some press releases come out on a Saturday after a Go Shop ended on a Friday). There are countless deals you can google that had Go Shops and in each case of the ones I double clicked the company notified investors as to the results of the Go Shop the day after the "end date" or last day of the Go Shop. THNK is the first instance that I've seen where this hasn't happened. That suggests to me that something must be happening behind the scenes, and hopefully that something isn't just the Board being lazy about informing shareholders about the Go Shop results.
