They (Jenex) bring their accountant and lawyers, sit down at table with the other two and their accountant and lawyers, lots of number and legal talk, non-disclosure agreements, look at each others books to see what they are buying/getting. Been through it in a private company I worked for. Saw bunch of "suits" walking around one day in the shop and I whispered to myself "hmm, shopping trip!".
