RE:Phase 1 complete? While none of us are mind readers and nor do we have a crystal ball, rest assured you will know when there is news. This is no easy adventure and while time is of the essence, not meeting an arbitrary and vague deadline does nothing to speak of the progress.
I think one thing is an absolute and that is, regardless of the news (great or disappointing) there will be a Halt. That is the only time anyone should become a little anxious. Right now all "broad" signs point to a positive outcome for everyone ....except the shorters.
