You see they are a computer diagnostic system with what he said had a 400 page guide on set up to work affectively. He also has a program running with helping companies set up and use this testing system and referenced air Canada and Rogers as some of them. So in short, YES Therma bright has a good shot at something great here. I'm just stating factual concerns I have found that some people may have overlooked when reading current NRs.
