It says right in the news release that more info might be necessary: "Therma Bright will continue to work interactively with the FDA to provide additional information, if necessary, to complete the review." Reading comprehension much?
As for the FDA logging the review, they've been logging everything THRM has sent them going back at least to when the Brazil results were first submitted. And they're going to log every scrap of data that THRM sends them in the future.
