Well I think management and their buddies getting shares in the pp just closed 3 days ago for .075 cents per share is sketchy as hell since the market is paying 23 cents.

There is 4 month hold on the Warrants so if it bothers you, pull investment just before. I see no issue during the hold period. A lot can happen between now and then and it gives me a sense that my 12.5 cent average buy in is likely safe until then.

If there wasn't something wrong with the company why would Rob buy back in at.07 cents. Rob's buddies sold over 15 million shares at high and buys back in to keep you guessing while taking in the crumbs and leftovers later.  Don't fall in love with a stock because of stories told about  how the future looks so bright.  thats right before you are about to be duped.

This is quite the spin cycle you are creating in your head. PP was announced when SP was 9 cents so they bought in at 7.5 cents. SP skyrockets and they sell a few and turn some nice gains. I would do that in a heartbeat knowing I bought in on PP just days before. Now we have 4 months minimum until they can cash in on PP due to hold so confident SP will stay above that mark.

Nothing is stopping Rob from selling his common shares sure he got warrants for half of his buy in but what's stopping him from selling his common shares another month down the line. Go to Canadian Insider and watch the transactions  It might even head back to .005 in the near future who knows.
