I find that for the potential, it does not move much, people seem suspicious, surprising on their part given the latest developments.

Perhaps if this stock don't move much that shareholder are keeping their shares for an eventual big boost of the stock with a lot of potential.

It is suprising, yes, that we are not steadily increasing as we move toward the final stretches. However, perhaps people are being cautious after the SONA ordeal. Though SONA is still significantly over their $.01 value a year ago, it certainly has not kept their share price due to some issues along the way in terms of approval.
