agreed, the main reason for testing is to mitigate spread in early stages...But, how on earth did they still only have the limited amount of candidates in such a period of time in one of the hotspots in the world? Ypu would have thought they would have been flooded with candidates for testing, And although the data 'will' be submitted to FDA/HC at some point they still dont have enough
