well if you are correct in stating they applied 2 weeks ago (and there is nothing to prove you are correct) then this is actually a worse sign. SP retreating means the application didnt go as planned or hasnt been submitted...any other scenario and we would have seen an uptick so careful what you spew...stay grounded, speak the truth

Actually I doesn't mean anything. Just means retail investors are tired, but the volumes are very low.  Meaning small holders are selling, likely at losses or very small profits. A huge downward spin would mean issues, but news cannot be dissiminated with out an NR. All we are seeing is speculation at this point.

I agree...its all speculation...we dont know if they submitted to FDA or not, we dont know if they submitted to HC or not, we dont know if the remaining 7 tests lines up with the previous tests, we dont know a whole heck of lot...and thats the issue isnt it?

Not really, remember this is not a lotto company or horse racing company taking bets. Things have to take it's corse and time to achieve success. If you think, you quit your job to play the stock market thinking it is easy money, you are in the wrong place.

I need Tesla to get back into the red even more this afternoon, as I opened some sell positions after making some already, and it rebounded a bit today.  But, often drops again in the afternoon, keeping my fingers crossed. 28.5 is fine for THRM.  Only be really worried if we get below 25.  Haven't seen 25 in months.... 27 been the lowest.  46 or 47 the highest recently

My sources are mine only. I take them with a grain of salt as it is, not my decision for you to believe it.  As for your "not a good sign" evaluation, with the amount of volume being traded It's retarded to think it's bad news cause it's not going up. You would see major volume if word was out they're not getting approved.  Move on.
