Share dilution?

Share dilution?Had  a read of the financial statement.  Looks like the same story, but with reason for optimism I think.  What caught my eye the most was the following statement:

While Titanium has sufficient cash to keep operating through the current fiscal year, the Company is also evaluating funding options to ensure adequate capital resources through the commercialization period.
  
Looks to me like we might be looking at the issuing of more shares?  Any ideas how this might look and how it would affect current shares (and shareholders?).  I am considering buying more, but this gives me pause.
