Deja vu?

Deja vu?I want to believe, I really do, as I have been long on this stock for about 4 or 5 years now, but can anyone shed some light on why it might be different this time?  We have seen these rocket increases before, just to have it top out and slide away when no news follows.  Aside from the occassional mention at a conference or academic paper, I don't see anything new.  And without a new stock issue, this could be the last kick at the can.  Any insight out there?
