Oil sands in trouble?

Oil sands in trouble?I'm not so worried about TIC as I am about the oilsands in general.  This is a really tough time overall.  Hopefully there will still be some impetus to move ahead with Titanium's technology, but I gotta say it's not promising without some good news on the pipeline front.
