They're typically able to drill very efficiently and cost effectively out at the site. Good access, etc.
They need to wrap it up, and get to crunching the results.
My STRONG belief...is that these were very strategically targeted drill holes/exploration (using the GPS magnetic survey data)...pinpointed locations...that hopefully produced what they were looking for.
Also, shallow and not near as deep as last year.
This is the "easy money" drill program, that hopefully they can produce news on ASAP- before the trend dies out. Last year they took WAYYYYY to long.
I think Newmont and Zinjing will be pleased with quick gold focused results this year.
