I have held onto these shares despite the longer term downward pressure simply because I believe that at some point, the company needs to be privitized. Cutting off the public company expenses would be quite material. In short, they have all of the costs of being public but really are reaping no benefits of such.


Last year they talked about a dividend or an acquisition at the AGM but have done nothing. Now with Urbancorp in the rear view, maybe things can change.
