I don't think it's over by a long shot.
I haven't seen anything to suggest that BCI or Discovery Corp. are party to this deal yet and they own 24% of the shares.
Also this would, I think, require a majority of non-insiders as well as an overall majority to pass. Insiders can't just run this through themselves; and I'm not inclined to accept $1.60/sh.
lastly, it may just be a coincidence, but it seems odd that your only two posts back to july(at least) are today, giving tacit approval to this deal.
