First, Trtucker is not an "illiterate idiot". If you would take the time to read some of his posts for other boards,you would see that his post here was intentional in its form. Not my style, but not offensive either.

You presume too much. He could very well have more shares than you or me.
"Please leave the board to those with significant holdings, and have valuable contributions"
Regardless of his holdings,he has as much right to post here as anyone else and it's not really up to you to decide for the rest of us if his contributions are valuable or not.
Whatever your losses on this stock(and I'll have some at the offer price)is your responsibility; save your anger for mgmt.
For these boards to work, a reasonable level of respect is needed.
Lastly, for me,his remarks are spot on. I intend to hold till June and I expect a better offer; probably from GLYT.
