The Units consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”) at a price of

Unit for gross proceeds of $1,050,000. Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common
share of the Company for a period of 18 months from the date of closing of the private placement at a price of

Yup.... so..... so far underwater.
$.10 in 2010 and $.35 last July - TK is up 48% from the issue price less than 10 months ago. That alone is a huge win - we're now poised to make huge coin for the balance of 2012. Especially with those BIG EYES on TK.
So the two card-carrying members of the Loser Crew (Wetfart and SpecCrud) can chirp away but the fact remains that they own ZERO TK and are (once again) missing the boat. Too bad, so sad, we're glad.
