Blazesb,
Yes the Nexa investment is very good for two reasons:
1) significant interest from a long term Peru miner which has a mine nearby and a zinc smelter/refiner just outside Lima
2) Nexa is the second Peru based miner with a position in Tinka, that is Buenaventura now has competition
Tinka is not a mining company and neither is the other major share holder Sentient.
This zinc, silver, tin resource is being derisked to an adavanced enough stage where the true miners (e.g. Nexa, Buenaventura, Glencore ?) buy out Tinka, making management, Sentient and you and I money.
Derisking does take some time, but the end game is the prize

Why would Nexa or Buenaventura pay a buyout premium when they can acquire Tinka shares on the open market which amounts to a creeping takeover?
I bought today. It's too damn cheap.
Cheers!
