Ratesfor those who haved followed this stock, albeit painfully, it is expected that we see some sustained rates from 5-10 in the near future. one would have to believe the rates are strong enough to warrant the additional financing. it appears we will see some action in the next 6-8 months. there has been some significant results an area competitor is sitting on... now's it up to management to start spinning bits.
