Hi, tracker. When I mentioned target, I meant price target. The chart showed life in July when the stock price raced to over a dollar intraday. No one in this game has perfect information. By the time you get a clearer picture so has everyone else in the game, which could be a good thing or a bad thing. I do know that the stock price is closer to the low of the year than the high, and that expectations can rule heavily on the stock price. My feeling is that positive expectations will give the shares a positive bias until we get a confirmed production well as we are going into a bull market for oil. I do know that some heavy hitters who specialize in mergers have shown an interest in this stock. That tells me that this 6.47 billion figure must have some weight in their decisions.
