Why harp on failures of the past, for LFB to to have faith in Shigs to possibly go to market ,the up side has to be bigger.They have definately done there homework, and believe the risk of a few million are worth possible future riches.Your time line may be pessimistic, considering that as any positve results from additional phase ll trials will boost SP and maybe accelerate takeover.Having said this the cash situation should still reflect SP at 50 % of actual. That gives us .25, now give your head a shake.
