Choices??

If shareholders vote this down, then what?

We are stuck with the existing board who may not be aligned with shareholders,

Bellini may be what is he, but the facts are that he probably started purchasing shares of TLN prior the deal announced. Recent volumes were abnormally high for a sleeper company like TLN. His option and friends around probably have accumulated shares enough for the the vote to pass. Institutionnal investors will vote yes because they would want to go in the new direction and they will eat their ...more

The only way or alternative way is to find another company that might be also  interested in acquiring TLN. In the agreement there is a clause or provision saying that TLN can not solicitate prices from another comapany. Why? This is fishy all along. Why there is only one price from one bidder. It seems that TLN has got to sell to Bellus alone. That is why their price is so low and not ...more
