Hey Lobster, I just received the voting notice from TLN,  Voting instruction has to be in by Aug 2 and the meeting is on the 6. If everybody accept the deal and the new formed dirctors , that is it TLN will be sold to Bellus.I still hoping for a better offer. If Jaguar accept the amended offer I guess small investor like my self will be defeated. My vote is no,TLN deserves a better deal. However I will vote only on the last day, Bellus should at least double the cash buy out to 36 cents..............I still think TLN wrths at least 50 cents per share.

I agree it is worth more, but to who and how long will we have to wait.   But there are things in there I don't like... such as the incentive to get yourself fired for 'no cause' so you get to claim millions in severence... sounds like a Forbes & Manhattan scam.
