I doubt anyone on this bullboard knows whether the pp is closed or not. But for sure Theralase knows. Whether they would give you a straight answer if you asked them on the phone may not be so sure.

If everything comes together Oilerminer, you will be in good shape with those shares. If vaccine, brain and lung treatments come to fruition we will all be good, just takes time, hopefully we hear something this quarter but not losing sleep if it takes another quarter because once we get BTD , we should be derisked, thats most important

there are 33 cent warrants expiring in August which they will want exercised so we should se some price increase sonner than later. imho....

They are .35 warrants and they will expire before being exercised. I will be extremely happy to be wrong but I don't see BTD happening in time. BTD by itself may not get us there. Need something with dollar signs attached to it.  They have been dangling that carrot to get PP's participated in. I would say filled but they haven't filled the last few.

I did speak with Matthew Peraton on this once.  I was certainly tempted to go with the PP, but decided against it since I already have more shares than prudent investment calls for.  If you look at it, You invest 100K shares @0.18  and get 100 K warrants to acquire 100 K shares, that is valid for 5 years.  You sell the 100K shares as soon as you are eligible to sell at the
