Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The technology has been used off-label for healing numerous nerve, muscle and joint conditions. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

Poor bencro,

Even when he tries to accentuate the positives, he shoots himself in the foot. Per his latest quote,
" TLT awarded so far 5 contracts in Quebec. JSS, AlgoPharm, CTR Canada, Cytoxlab, ... and, as per Sept. 11, 2014, announced that it would invest more in the Quebec biotech industry (CQDM???) in 2016-2017."

Now Benny, would those contracts represent cash flow into the kitty or expenditures which is another way of saying cash flow out of the kitty? When someone "announces that it will invest more in the Quebec...", what does that quote mean to you?

The financials this month will be interesting even if the used car salesman pushed some of these cash payouts into 4th quarter! Ben, you didn't even mention his team of 15 sitting around smokin doobies while awaiting TLC-2000 approval.
