If I was to think this out...... Echelon is probably right on the sidelines awaiting the safety results before recommending this officially.
I mean the doctors have to know what the reaction is on the bladder wall and that takes a bit of time.

and oh yeah.... October 28 + 6 months is April 28th for Dr.Mandel GBM Phase 1b filing for Brain Cancer (probably 1-2wk of May becuase of holidays)
So it's timed out to coincide..... our pdt is safe followed by more indications.
