As I have mentioned before I could be possible that big money is waiting on the side lines.
It seems TLT will get more attentionon on the TSX and not the venure exchange implied form the artical. Also phase two would need to be completed before the Big Guys come is also mentioned in the artical. So for me this is still a great entry point!
