Well, sir, after numerous consutations with acquisitions, research, and legal, we are not alot further ahead in determining an outcome for an approach towards this company, with big balls and not much else. They,ve been around for a number of years in relative anonimity, have poor sales in a laser for knee pain, financials are a disaster, they are bleeding money and need a pp soon, their stock price was languishing well under half a buck before they put themselves up for sale, their story had not caught on, and manipulators were having a field day, till their stock price exploded. They seem to have taken advantage of the position they were in vis a vis, very positive early results and their claim they have a cancer cure. Now, it is true their early results are the best anyone has had this early. But that is the point, these results are very early, six more patients have started a full dose treatment, oh buy the way , the first three were treated at avreduced dose to ascertain safety, that occured, but also efficacy was achieved as well, which was a big positive, unexpected result and probably the reason they are up for sale. But here is the kicker, final results for the next six will come in after the bidding has been finalized.
Well Steve, they have thought this out well, put everyone in a bind, do we or dont we???
Yes sir, exactly. Do we ignore them and let a competitor have them cheaply, thereby gaining what potentially could put us out of business, or do we go all in. Now, going all in could entail a huge offer so that at a minimum we are seen as making an honest effort. If we dont do that, and we lose a cancer cure because we offered a rediculously low offer, that will be seen by shareholders in the same light as making no offer at all.
Steve, have you arrived at a package that would be reasonable?????
A package that included something in the area of 50 billion cash, stock in our company, future revenue, all these would be very enticing!!!
WaIT A Minute, Steve, you said 50 billion, thats over 400 dollars per share when they put it up for sale!!!
Sir, we are talking about a company with the cure of multiple cancers, in one treatment, that could possibly turn current cancer research on its head and worthless. 50 billion is cheap if it is what they claim it is and so far, though early, it has had very positive results.
Steve you r giving me a headache. What are other thoughts on this issue?
We r between a rock and a hard spot, damned if we do, damned if we dont. But in the best interest of this company, we have to be one of those three bids!!!!!!!!
Steve, one week with a complete purchase package using all three of the variables mentioned, then back to this group!!!!!!!
F O R S A L E
50 billion is a reasonable bid, although most of other longs are in favor of 70 billion, RW can ask for anther shareholders' meeting on that.
