I, for one, would be gladd to buy into a PP and get those precious warrants! Let's hope that the next time there's a private placement, existing shareholders will be asked to join, and get the kind of sweetheart deal the last crowd got!
THAT would encourage longs and bolster the company's image with investors!
If long shareholders could ever be asked to participate PP, and get warrants. I think all of the long shareholders. would like to buy as more shares as possible to support the company, then we don't have to worry about the basement boss manipulation.
