RE:RE:RE:RE:Upvestor, you say that Roger would have to disclose any material event, positive or negative. I agree. But wouldn't PMR be required to provide the first 3 six month data to the company when available?

The next 6, although part of the same trial albeit with double the dose should not be a reason to withhold info on the first 3. I see that info as definitely material, not arguably material. 

If there is no legal reason for hanging on to the data then surely PMR would be obliged to release it. If they are covered legally then there must be a time limit else they could hang on to it for as long as they like. Whatever they do I'm sure that they are legally covered from top to bottom with all the correct lawyerese phraseology.  Then again, what  do I know.

The longer we wait the more wild the guessing game becomes.
