It would seem to me.It would seem to me that Roger is quite confident that he can and will not do a PP until after the results are in for the 4th patient Jan 20th. Of course this is speculation! But it seems to me people are selling late into friday day just because they think a PP is immenent. Surprise no news release friday night! Well this fear mongering over a PP has been said for over 5 months here from various BB posts the sky is falling from a immenent PP... Still no PP!!!
Can there be a PP? sure! Time will tell of course!
Can there be other ways to raise money? Yes there can! JV or other like a convertable debenture; Grants...
I still believe that we will have a Stock holders rights plan first and soon as well. But I do not know for sure.
It seems to me that Roger is going to wait it out and it seems to me that he is confident that there will be more patients enroled soon or already and is waiting for the Jan 20 for the final results of the 4th patient! Confidence is what I see here in this action from Roger.
Either way I'm ok with waiting and buying more at these prices. Thank to thoose who are selling to me! IF a PP comes before the year end I'm ok with that as well!
