Maybe that woud entail TLT spinning off a separate corporate identity to isolate a management that is strictly responsible for cancer research etc. In other words, the current management can manage the laser products, pharma would have better assurance the venture is under "better guidance" by those who have developed drug related products to the finish line. Read into that what you will.
