One of which meant that gouging out their bladders and instilling BCG most certainly didn't work for these poor folks. Even after multiple tries in some cases. We also know that aside from some discomfort and redness, there are no real side effects. Certainly not the kind that Immunotherapy can bring (death courtesy of your own now-supercharged immune system). We also know that they were cancer free at 90 days. 100% cancer cell kill rate. But at 180 days the cancer had recurred. NOT the same cancer returning...not necessarily the same lesions....no they were still gone. Just new cancer had returned to the bladder as they suspect it may have re-seeded from the uretur. That part is speculation. So again. Here you sit. The patient. Cancer was gone. Now it's back. If this was a pill that took the cancer away for 3-6 months every time you took it. Just one pill, with minimal side effects. If there was a bottle of those pills sitting somewhere and you can't have them because of government administrative foot dragging. I'd be sitting in someone's office making sure they knew....that I wanted the damn pill.

Completely agree,HC management is also a whole bunch of fu(king idiot.....
