Deal sucks, will be seen as piggy and sp will be used and science and results will be ignored!!! How will that be received by shareholders??? Especially when a growing group of active, aware shareholders are calling on our CEO to ignore our share price and use our science and amazing results as the bargaining chips!!! Why have you, yaz and the choir made pharma the enemy??? Why do you not want to discuss the JV scenario in depth!!!!? Interferes with the deal doesn't it? We are going to take much less, give away huge amt of the company, reward the manipulators, dilute shareholders to the DARK AGES. and then say that was the best deal available!!!
