It's still too early to wave the white flag. You have the 180 day efficacy results from 6 more patients to come so anything can happen.
You could have fooled me. You display all the classic symptoms of a trader that regrets buying into the hype only with someone as undisciplined as you are they are magnified 10 fold. You should have done your DD and not relied on the pumpers telling you how easy it was going to be to make money on the cure for cancer. You sold everything else and sunk it all into TLT for a quick double

This board is finally coming around to what I've been saying for weeks. Even wildbird1 has finally recognized that a JV is highly unlikely with so little tangible data yet collected from the trial. Best course of action is to try and negotiate a $3 to $5 million PP and with a lot of belt tightening should see them through to the end of this NMIBC trial. Where they go from there depends on the trial results.
