Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The Anti-Cancer Therapy division develops patented, and patent pending drugs, called Photo Dynamic Compounds (PDCs) and activates them with patent pending laser technology to destroy specifically targeted cancers, bacteria and viruses. The CLT division is responsible for the Company’s medical laser business. The Cool Laser Therapy division designs, develops, manufactures and markets super-pulsed laser technology indicated for the healing of chronic knee pain. The technology has been used off-label for healing numerous nerve, muscle and joint conditions. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

DONT WORRY, BE HAPPY!!! Pandora, yes patience is a virtue!! And i will be the most patient poster on this board AFTER A JV , until then, when u and others are apologizing for Rogers silence and stealth mode, by preaching patience , i dont buy that Scumbag attitude!! We have been more than patient these last 12 months with rogers inaction, mistakes, omissions and BLUNDERS!!! YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO LET THIS MOM AND POP OPERATION GO AHEAD WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION???? 24 Fukkkin years 22 bbbenies is enough to gage the business acumen of mom and pop. The last 12 months, have been enough for many here to see mom and pop have proved the peter principle, or are seeking a path that is not shareholder friendly, and i say that as minimizing what mom and pop have done!!!
We have been fukin around for 24 years, we are at a crucial stage, finally human trials, finally results, finally something tangible, finally something that pharma can look at, evaluate, and decide whether we are worth something!!
Some here are saying we are shiiittt, others say we are an academic exercise going who knows where, others say we r early, not much yet, certainly not enough to get anything meaningful and a pp is best, while others are saying, we have done amazin, pharma is interested, make them evalute us !!!!
