Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The Anti-Cancer Therapy division develops patented, and patent pending drugs, called Photo Dynamic Compounds (PDCs) and activates them with patent pending laser technology to destroy specifically targeted cancers, bacteria and viruses. The CLT division is responsible for the Company’s medical laser business. The Cool Laser Therapy division designs, develops, manufactures and markets super-pulsed laser technology indicated for the healing of chronic knee pain. The technology has been used off-label for healing numerous nerve, muscle and joint conditions. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

Yaz, whats uuuup!!! U have been awfully quiet lately, did u miss me?? Were u silent in symbiotic protest to my unfair and humiliating punishment for telling the truth???
Well, im back, yaz, and the truth will not be silenced!!
Dammmm, You claim that i have unbelieveable power, can move the sp from 24 to 21??? Wow, thank you for ur confidence in me, i didnt realized u viewed my opinion so highly!!! But actually, Roger has way, way , way more control of the sp than i do!!!!!! What i just try to do is analyze actions and possible actions of our management team. As a shareholder, am i not allowed to comment on our leadership?
I am an active investor, not a passive investor. As an active investor, i look carefully at everything that impacts my investment. If i see something that seems odd, unusual, or contrary to the best interest of my investment, guess what, yaz, this active investor is going to say something!!!!!! Other shareholders have listened to your suggestion to call or email Tlt, and they have been dissapointed!!! A lack of appropriate and uptodate communication, yaz, should never be tolerated. AM I BEING TOO HARSH, IS 12 MONTHS IN STEALTH MODE APPROPRIATE AND UPTODATE??
I want the best for my investment, no one here has provided any rationale, any argument against a jv and pro a pp. A DEAL IS OK BUT THAT BRINGS A MIDDLEMAN INTO THE PICTURE, CUTS PROFITS AND PUTS A DAMPER ON OUR SHARE PRICE.

Why do we need a middleman like frostie when we can go directly to the big boys and get big boy money right now, in the next three months, why are we waiting??
