Before FDA cures act, there was always the possibility they could have simply looked at our PDT tech as 'prior art' and approved it. Now with Gottlieb and the cures act we have an even better chance. Even Ruthenium has been studied for decades in numerous trials as a possible chemo drug, used in the vanishinly small amounts we use could have also been simply 'approved'.
