I seriously doubt CLT can be patented - made proprietary sure but therapies need full disclosure and data to back up the claims. (None of which would stop the Russians or Chinese from studying this on their own. Without patent protection... Where's the fun in that?)
This will take time and money to gather the data and support from the research community. Some big pharma may "add this to the list" of reasons for dancing with TLT since it enhances other existing therapies.
It is really the full suite of therapies that make this more exciting from a "rent seekers" perspective.
