RE:RE:RE:Unfortunately the market perceives phase one as a failure

RE:RE:RE:Unfortunately the market perceives phase one as a failureI humbly take umbrage with your view of the efficacy achieved as something insignificant and not very relevant since it was simply phase one.
I have great difficulty  finding little relevance to one dose of our treatment causing the cancer to disappear for over 90 days. Really, that is just ho hum, not unusual in other phase 1 trials for other treatments after just one treatment??  Not much to see??
 Then after just one treatment, for over 180 days, all the patients treated, had no progression of their cancer, doesnt that mean it didnt grow bigger, didnt get worse, was kinda stopped in its tracks???? Oh, and just one treatment. No biggie, that happens all the time after one treatment of ??????????????
I am fukkin amazed how some are trying to explain the market reaction by denigrating our results, If we would have had a proper ceo with appropriate actions, we wouldnt be under a dollar!!!!  We have amazing early results!!!! Macer, yaz, bbbenny anyone,

SHOW ME SIMILAR EFFICACY RESULTS IN PHASE 1 FROM ANY OTHER PHARMA. 100% 4 FOR 4, AND I DONT GIVE A SHIIITTT ABOUT SIZE OF SAMPLE, WHEN YOU HAVE 4 OF 4, THAT BLOWS YOUR ARGUMENT ABOUT SAMPLE SIZE OUT OF THE WATER!!!!

So,  to look at it another way, results for phase 1 would not have been any different if, cancer had not disappeared for over 90 days, and progression had not been stopped for over 180 days???  As long as safety and tolerability had been achieved, all good for phase 1???
Of course not!!!! The efficacy results achieved during phase 1 are not insignificant, have not been achieved by any other pharma after one treatment. AND SHOULD NOT BE SO EASILY DISMISSED BY SUPPOSEDLY STRONG SUPPORTERS OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

Macer, I don't know if folks like goregil are soft bashing Theralase, or if they truly do not understand what they are invested in, and the purpose of each phase of a human clinical trial.

Goregil, the phase 1b was designed for determining toxicity, not efficacy. It was designed to administer a single dose at a low dose, and a single dose at a high dose, and thats it. Since the effects of our PDC TLD-1433 is immediate, the single dose data was only intended to give us some insight pertaining to the efficacy in humans.

Goregil, I would assume that you have taken antibiotics sometime during your lifetime. Did you take a single dose of the antibiotic and then say that the antibiotic was a failure, or did you take multiple doses of the antibiotic to provide you with the desired efficacy?

The next phase of the human clinical trials, phase 2, will be disigned to highlight efficacy. The phase 2 will be administering multiple doses of TLD-1433 to provide a continuing high CR rate.

The real question is, will TLD-1433 ignite the human immune system to the same degree as it did pre-clinically in other animal models? If it does, we may have a "cure", if not, we have a way to maintain a cancer patient in a very respectable manner, in the same way a patient takes a maintainance dose of other medication. In addition, if we do not have a "cure" but a way to maintain the patient, Theralse would be more valuable yet, with a never ending continuing stream of revenue.

I hope that this explanation is clear enough for you to understand. It would be proper for you to either acknowledge your understanding, or to refute my explanation with detailed facts.

The best of luck to Macer, goregil, and all other longs;

The market percieves TLD 1433 to not be efficacious.
And the questions around financing weighs heavily on the SP.

We will know what PMH/TLT thinks about TLD 1433 after the phase 1 is complete and Health Canada approves the go ahead to move on to phase 2. The market can scamble to get back in at any point that they start to understand what is unfolding. I could give a rats a$$ about the market.

I have already voiced my opinion regarding the financing options. Either one won't be problem for me.
Short/long, buy/sell or pump/bash makes no difference. Understand what you are invested in, make your own decisions.and ignore people that try convince you to agree with theirs.
