Whatever happened to the company strategy from not too long ago to wait until the sp reached just under a dollar and then do a raise? Life has a way of throwing you curve balls and this company seems to have more than its share of those. They need a strategic partner, case closed. The job they're tackling is just too big and expensive for a micro cap to tackle it alone.
