It was closer to 18 cents after a 15% discount skier59 and it was in reference to what the company would have to theoretically give up to interest the capital markets in funding a $10 - $15 million phase 2 trial, assuming there is any interest at all. I even said it many times that a small PP was the most likely scenario if they didn't have enough evidence of efficacy from the trial to sell a large PP.
